INTRODUCTION

in a temple, there lived ni gu neo,
beside the temple is a food stall,
huang ma ma and daddy ho are selling all sorts of food,
they sell, meesiam, mee rebus, mee goreng, lontong, nasi lemak,
and healthy vegetables such as kangkong and long bean.

yesterday's training was demanding.
let's see..

warm-up was ok,
because we were doing the baton passing again,
then we ran two rounds on lane 8.

then after that,
we had to do acceleration with baton passing,
when all was done,
we went to measure footsteps for the sprint-pass-baton.
we kept doing the thing wrong,
so coach was scolding and getting more impatient by the second,
then finally,
we managed to do an okay one.

And we went on to do 4x50m,
it was short and fast,
and the funny part was doreen shouting "up" when she was still a long way from me, lols,
because she's used to passing in between the yellow lines,
since she was going to go out of the baton passing region which was where she started to run,
she shouted "up",
lol.

then we did the full 4x100m timing,
seems like i was the only one who didn't know that we were running at lane 4,
so i was stupidly fall-starting at lane 3,
and when doreen came,
i panicked and anyhow ran,
but we still managed to do a good timing,
could see from coach's face that she was astonished.
She thought we couldn't reach that time,
so it was a pleasant surprise.

then after that,
we talked about the relay when coach let us see the timings,
cool down, slacked a bit,
when we were walking to j8,
sam ch'ng nicely "blessed" us with "holy" water (from her bottle),
but she was biased towards me, so she "blessed" me more,
so the nice me decided to "bless" her back,
so in the end, we "blessed" each other all the way to j8,
when her water finally ran out.

we met eunice and zhiwei,
then they went to buy balls,
we were fooling around and making sarcastic remarks,
think i was abit too sarcastic when cixin told me that her friends say i act like her,
haha, but i really don't, and don't want to,
she can kapok sam's meatball so fast, i can't, lol,
then we went to kfc,
where eunice was being very nice by treating us, ( actually we did chipped in a bit, which was really abit)
we chit-chatted and laughed when cixin tried to type chinese in her phone.
Finally, when she finished (which was after a long time),
we went home.
